this guy is 30!!!
its official my husband is no longer a spring chicken. last wednesday he passed through his twenties and into his thirties! despite the fact that he's had a pretty nasty cold, we've had fun celebrating all week.
the night before his birthday i snuck(with lisas help) into his office to decorate. i made him a picture collage of some of the cool places we've been.
i thought it turned out pretty cool. he was pretty surprised when he got to work on his birthday morning. that night we went out for a yum dinner, at a place we've been wanting to try called forage. it definitely didn't let us down. Friday night we went to black diamond, where drew got a really cool hiking backpack, and then to REI for a new sleeping bag. looks like hes all set for the mountains. maybe while he's doing all this backpacking, me and niya will have sleep overs at grandmas house. Saturday night we had a little party with family and friends. It turned out really fun. I wish i had pictures to prove it but my camera battery was dead :( I hope you had a really fun birthday babe, i LOVE being married to a 30 year old
