2010!

for new years we spent the weekend at the beach house. i was a little nervous after thanksgiving was a barf fest. it turned out to be a really fun weekend. i love the beach house. i have so many good childhood memories there. i love that we have a place we can all get together and im excited to create new memories with my own little family.

the next day we walked on the beach and had fun at the tide pools. as we were walking katie said it was her happy place. as i though about it i had to agree. its just so beautiful and familiar

i had to take this cute family pic. i wanted a cute family pic of my family but the excitement of the tide pools over took drew and he left me and niya behind in the dust. he did find an octopus though, i guess thats what really matters
